Why White Window Tech
Multi-Discipline Engineering. Single Technical Authority
Infrastructure projects involving multiple engineering disciplines routinely face coordination failure. White Window Tech functions as the lead engineering authority across every discipline on a project — from design through commissioning under one technical framework
Integrated Design Coordination
Our engineering team coordinates ICT, MEP, HVAC, fire protection, civil, and security design in a single coordinated set of drawings. BIM-based clash detection is applied at design stage. System interfaces are engineered in, not resolved during construction.
Vendor-Neutral Specification
We carry no OEM obligations or dealer agreements. Every system and product we specify is selected on technical merit, lifecycle cost, and suitability for your site. Clients receive independent engineering advice, not product-led recommendations.
Standards-Compliant Delivery
Every scope is executed against NBC 2016, IS codes, CPWD specifications, ASHRAE, NFPA, BIS, IE Rules, CPCB norms, and BEE energy standards. Compliance documentation, as-built drawings, and O&M manuals are delivered as standard at project close.

FAQ
Questions We Address Before Every Engagement
What types of projects do you work on?
Greenfield new builds, brownfield upgrades, and operational takeovers of existing infrastructure. We engage from DPR and feasibility stage on new projects and conduct a structured technical audit before taking responsibility for existing systems. Our scope spans single-discipline contracts and full multi-discipline EPC engagements.
How does the consortium model work in practice?
White Window Tech is the contracting entity, the engineering authority, and the single point of accountability for every scope we deliver. Specialist consortium partners operate under our project management framework, QA/QC standards, and documentation protocols. You carry one contract, work with one project team, and receive one set of handover documentation.
Do you have experience with government procurement processes?
Yes. Our team is familiar with CPWD specification requirements, GFR procurement norms, tender documentation standards, and the compliance and reporting obligations of government infrastructure projects. Statutory documentation, BOQ-based costing, and compliance with IS codes and NBC 2016 are standard on every government engagement.
Are you tied to particular OEMs or equipment brands?
No. We operate on a vendor-neutral basis across all disciplines. System and equipment specifications are developed based on technical requirement, site conditions, lifecycle cost, and applicable standards. We have no OEM agreements that influence our specification decisions.
What does project handover include?
As-built drawings, O&M manuals, commissioning records with witnessed test results, spare parts lists, statutory certificates, training records for your operations staff, and the defects liability period schedule. We treat handover documentation as an engineering deliverable, not an administrative formality.
What geographies do you cover?
PAN India. Our offices are in Mumbai and New Delhi. Our consortium network enables us to mobilise engineering teams across metro corridors, Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities, and remote project locations. We have delivered for clients in Maharashtra, Delhi NCR, and have consortium capability across all major Indian cities.
